The Group is small, so what you do is visible. A rider who keeps a route running on a bad traffic day, an analyst who catches an error in a model before it reaches an investor, a store supervisor who fixes a stock count: all of it shows up in numbers a handful of people read every week.
We expect people to say what is actually happening. Bad news early is treated as good work. Bad news late is the only thing we treat as a failure.
In return we teach. Anyone in a finance or operations seat here will learn reporting, controls and unit economics properly, because the Group cannot run without people who understand them.
What we ask for
- Care about accuracy, in a cylinder weight or a trial balance.
- Willingness to write things down so the next person can follow them.
- Comfort with a small team where the job description moves.
- Plain honesty about what you can and cannot do yet.
